Sausage and Balls

I made this concoction a ton in college when money was tight and I wanted to seem fancy. You could easily make a large portion for under $10 and it is as delicious as it is beautiful.


  • 1 package gnocchi
  • 1 jar pasta sauce (marinera or Alfredo)
  • Italian sausage (If vegetarian, substitute with parmesan cheese or grated zucchini


  1. Cook gnocchi as directed on the package.
  2. Cook meat or veggies. Add sauce.
  3. Combine pasta sauce, cooked gnocchi, and add some parmesan cheese on top.
  4. Enjoy!
