I made this concoction a ton in college when money was tight and I wanted to seem fancy. You could easily make a large portion for under $10 and it is as delicious as it is beautiful.
- 1 package gnocchi
- 1 jar pasta sauce (marinera or Alfredo)
- Italian sausage (If vegetarian, substitute with parmesan cheese or grated zucchini
- Cook gnocchi as directed on the package.
- Cook meat or veggies. Add sauce.
- Combine pasta sauce, cooked gnocchi, and add some parmesan cheese on top.
