Rice bowls are an easy and delicious meal that can take virtually no time to put together and can have endless combinations. Feel free to add or subtract ingredients to your liking! Use a rice maker for more convenience, but you can make rice on a stove top as well. We like to use Yumm Sauce in our bowls, which can be purchased at any Yumm Bowl restaurant. If you don’t have one near you, we also use plain soy sauce.
Ingredients (all optional except rice):
- 1 C cooked rice
- Baked Chickpeas, Kidney beans, or Black beans
- Soy Sauce
- Shredded cheese
- Kale, spinach, grated carrots, sweet potato, or broccoli
- Hot Sauce
- Boiled Egg
- 2 T Yumm Sauce
- Add Yumm Sauce or soy sauce to cooked rice and add your favorite ingredients on top.
