Lets face it: everyone loves a good bean dip. I also survived off of this dish in college since I could make a big portion and snack on it all week. The dip pictured above was made with black beans (since I didn’t have any refried beans on hand) but you can also make it with chili or any bean of your choosing.
- 1 Can Refried Beans
- 4 Oz cream cheese
- 1/2 C salsa
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Mix all ingredients (except shredded cheese) in a baking pan.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 350* until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
- Broil for a minute or two to make the cheese crispy on top.
- Dip and Enjoy!
