Fire and Ice Chicken

This is the easiest and most delicious way to have chicken. The combination of Ranch and Frank’s Hot Sauce is a match made in heaven, and when it soaks into chicken it is the most flavorful burst of scrumptiousness you have ever tasted. (Ok, I am overselling this, but it won’t make you barf and it is easy, so give it a try.)

This chicken can be consumed with a side of rice and veggies, shredded and in tacos, you could add some spinach and cream cheese to make a dip, the possibilities are endless!

Ingredients:

4-5 Chicken breasts (Substitute a can or two of chickpeas for a vegetarian option)

1/4-1/2 C Frank’s Hot Sauce, depending on how hot you can stand!

1 pkg Powdered Ranch (Ranch from a bottle is good too, but for some reason the powdered works better I think)

Directions:

  1. Put chicken breasts, Frank’s, and Ranch into a crockpot.
  2. Cook on High for 3-4 hours or low for up to 8-9 hours (Or until your chicken breasts are cooked all the way through)
  3. Enjoy!
